Windows "Sleep Mode" prevents computers from obtaining a license use

If the computer you are using as your license server goes into sleep mode, other computers on the network cannot obtain a license.

Set Sleep Mode on your license server computer to Never.

To set the Sleep Mode to “Never”:

1. Start > All apps > Control Panel > System and Security > Power Options.
2. Select Change when computer sleeps.
3. From the Put computer to sleep list, select Never.
